When you make or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address and telephone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information."
When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, when you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, as well as which websites or search terms referred you to the Site and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as "Device Information."
We collect device information using the following technologies:
- "Cookies" are data files placed on your device or computer that often contain an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies and how to disable cookies, please visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org (http://www.allaboutcookies.org/).
- "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- "Web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" are electronic files that record information about how you use the Site.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill all orders placed through and with the Site (including processing your payment information, shipping arrangements, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this order information to:
- communicate with you;
- screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and

We process your information to fulfill contracts with you (for example, when you place an order through the Site) or to otherwise pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
We use the device information we collect to identify potential risks and fraud (particularly your IP address) and more generally to improve and optimize our website (for example, by providing analytics about how our customers use and interact with the website and to evaluate the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Disclosure of your personal data
We share your personal information with third parties so that we can use your personal information as described above. For example, we use Shopify to operate our online store.
We may share information with contracted service providers who assist with parts of our business. Our contracts require that these service providers use your information only in connection with the services they provide to us and not for their own or any additional benefit.
Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant and/or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
International Transfer of Information
We may transfer information collected about you to third parties acting on our behalf that are located in countries outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA") or countries that are deemed by the European Commission to have satisfactory data protection. These other countries may not provide the same level of protection for information collected about you, although we will continue to collect, store and use your information at all times in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We will ensure that we only share data with those organizations that meet an adequate level of data protection in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and that satisfactory contractual arrangements are in place with such parties.
